1.Define the following terms: condensation reaction & hydrolysis

2.How are the two reactions related?

Home work
Show the formation of a dipeptide molecule and the hydrolysis of a triglyceride. Show the structure of all molecules and show the steps involved in each reaction.

Classwork
Review past question started in class and give notes on structure  and reactions of glucose, ribose, deoxyribose, amino acid, glycerol, fatty acid, maltose,  dipeptide,  triglyceride, starch, saturated and unsaturated fats.
